Say goodbye to the retractable cable!
Progressively, you will find the vehicle keys in the glove box and not hanging from the retractable cable beside the steering wheel.
A few easy steps to access our cars.
Reserve your vehicle as usual
This will be a gradual transition. When making your reservation, a key icon will let you know that the key for the selected vehicle is no longer on the retractable cable, but in the glove compartment.
Access with your key FOB
Once at the station, unlock the doors of the reserved vehicle by placing your key fob on the reader located on the windshield on the driver's side.
Take the key and drive!
Take the car key from its case, in the glove compartment. Keep the key with you during temporary stopovers and use the car key to lock and unlock the doors.
Before you leave the Car
At the end of your trip, put the key back in its case, inserting the USB into the port, in the glove compartment. Make sure all the cards that were already present are still in their slots and that the trip log is completed as always.
Ending Your Trip and Locking the Doors
End your trip and lock the doors by placing your key fob on the reader before leaving the vehicle. Make sure the doors are actually locked.
